Here is one thing I learned to "trust" during the CoVID years: to NOT trust ANYTHING that government bureaucrats - which includes any government "medical" department and any "medical" publications that were dependent in government grant monies.
An example: I really didn't understand the PCR testing process when this all started. But I have a reasonable technical background and my wife is a 40yr large animal veterinarian. So I dug in, learned the process, the applications, the limitations and potentials for error(s).
In all ways, the PCR tests were mis-used to drive policy. And in all ways, government medical professionals, who should have known or could have made some effort to learn better, steasfastly REFUSED to make corrections. In many cases, in my personal queries to local and state officials, they continued to push demonstrably wrong positions.
So I trust my experience to never trust them again.

Any MD worth their salt who understands the scientific method and does clinical care should know the dangers of assuming, the need to prove or disprove your working diagnosis with evidence, and to remain humble given the variables involved with treating patients. As one of my mentors told me early on, “Doctors’ egos kill patients.”

Bingo. If he calls himself a journalist, and he’s asking in 2026 why the public no longer trusts scientific institutions, he’s either: 1) hopelessly uninformed, 2) willfully ignorant, or 3) complicit in the lies that were told. NONE of those is a good look for a self-identified journalist.
When people who are part of the system ask Why? it isn't because of a new self-awareness or humility or willingness to rethink their past actions. It is because they are war-gaming on how to manipulate the public better next time.
There is no automatic trusting of anything. Trust must be earned and then re-solidified time and time again. Not many things deserve continued trust and very few things deserve outright blind trust. Government and medicine beign two excellent examples.

1200 "Healthcare professionals" signed an open letter telling us that it was too dangerous to visit Grandma on her deathbed or hold her funeral or go to church, but massive marches to defund the police should be encouraged, because racism was a public health, not a public policy, issue.

There are only 2 conclusions possible that the author doesn't articulate: 1) the public health establishment tried their best but failed. If this is true, we ought to shutter the whole thing as they exacerbated the problem rather than ameliorate it. Or 2) they acted with malicious intent, i.e. to encroaching on personal liberties to demonstrate the ability to coordinate massive control of the population. In this case, we should settle for nothing less than actual accountability, I.E. military tribunals.
Everyone knows to “trust but verify,” right Mr. Mulder? To destroy trust, you subvert and distort the verification process so there is no mechanism to sustain trust. Ask Dr. Scully. 🤷
21. "Cumulative Toxic Overload" - I yearn for the day when "Scientist" can finally look at the "Cumulative Toxic Overload" that modern society burdens the human body. Be it, Agent Orange in Vietnam, Vaccines (and their combination, dosage, and timing) in our Children, Glyphosate and Seed Oils in our Food, Chlorine in our Water, and ... There is no possibility under the current incentive system to do REAL Science.
Really, Really wish you would take all of this information and craft it into a book, even a short paperback edition. This is something I would read and it is much easier in printed format than on a computer or tablet. Know I would get a copy and maybe others for friends. Thanks for what you do.
