Of course - I am flabbergasted anyone expected anything different.

Infuriating. I read somewhere that the "doctor" could not legally plead the 5th at this hearing. Seems obvious by his refusal to answer questions that he's guilty. What a clown show.

Probably on his lawyers advice, which seems the rational thing to do. Now it becomes a legal battle that will, in all probability, be drawn out in the courts for a long time. Things like the use of the Auto-Pen, the pardon from Biden, etc,. will become long drawn out legal arguments. Which, I suppose was the entire purpose of him taking the 5th.

Well pardon me, LOL. Can we throw some HIPPA laws at him already.

So what happens now? No consequences?

Sen. Paul said there would be consequences. What those consequences are is yet to be determined it appears.

This does not matter. He was a small fish in a pond of tiger sharks and great whites. Both are still swimming in the pond even if fauci is long gone from this world.
