What you need to know about the OSHA ruling - Part 1

I'll provide some commentary on this but hopefully you can decipher some of my chicken scratches as well.

The OSHA document is 400+ pages long. I actually spent a fair amount of time deciphering Federal Register documentation as a hobby and I spent 2 years as a consultant into the part of the OMB which oversees the management of federal healthcare plans in association with CareFirst - that was quite the ride. In short - I have some knowledge of what’s going on.

So let’s jump in:

1) So if you won’t get vaccinated you’ll have to wear a mask and get tested regularly. This is how they frame it RIGHT at the beginning to make it clear that they will be in compliance with what SCOTUS has allowed in recent months. Options… always give the illusion of options to get your regulation through and then hammer them. Regular testing is just humiliation to get people to comply.
