Cinematography observation.

During split screen she was perfectly framed, they had the frame cropped to give her a perfect form that fits within a “normal” camera frame. But Trump was cropped out of the camera frame, creating a visual perception that he is large, fat, oversized. If they showed both of them side by side, fairly, with their complete proportions visible the audience would see how puny she really is next to this man.

This was the type of cinematography that comes straight out of Hollywood. It's visual tricks just like producing a movie, for effect, emotional “perceptions” that are completely manufactured before you ever see it. This was the visual of the skulduggery of the entire forum. Par for the course. We see it. Movie magic. Goes hand-in-hand with political theater.

Maybe it was the angle of my view, but Trump looked grey in the side-by-sides, like a filter was clouding him. She was always in sharp and bright focus. Was it just me?

Agreed. The moderators "correcting" Trump was really too much. The racial identify question to Trump was offensive as well. The difference in the questions showed the bias. But Trump is a terrible debater and tonight he showed his age & exhaustion and missed so many opportunities because he always jumps first to defend himself. But it is chilling how she and her writers are so creepily able to switch stories. Stories to emote, like women bleeding out.. egad. Hard to believe she was not given the questions. Kamala is very scary highly manipulative candidate. A far more articulate liar than anyone expected. Ugh.

When Kamala said “no woman would go to abort a full term infant,” I said to my flaming leftest family members, “that is a lie. Kermit Gosnell, an abortion doctor was prosecuted and convicted of aborting and killing full term infants.” One family member did not stop to express horror or sorrow for full term infants being killed at birth. Here is her answer to my statement, “ well, Donald Trump lies, too.”

My takeaway from the debate, this woman is a psychopath! Her reply about the Israel-Gaza conflict sounded like a nice both side-ism (unless it comes to actual actions). But then, when it came to Ukraine (I dropped my jaw at the question "do you want Ukraine to win?" There was no question "do you want Israel to win?"). While Trump said people were dying and he wanted to stop this war, she referred to the "rules based order" and "respect". Whose rules, lady, and why should people in a remote country die for your rules and American taxpayers pay for it? Then Trump mentioned Russia having nuclear weapons but she wouldn't bother to comment. She prefers giggling and rolling her eyes at Trump while promoting endless wars and dangerous foreign politics.

The Harris/ABC team did a masterful job of overwhelming Trump with lies. Trump was on the defensive and did not coherently expose the lies. Harris was too well prepared (likely had the questions in advance) because she avoided her word salads. Trump could have simply made his debate theme “are you better off now, or when I was President”.

Is there another debate scheduled? Or is Kamala headed to the DNC basement for the remainder of the campaign

That’s the ONLY one she agreed to. Back to her hole with her support man. I’m prepping again. We’re scrooooooood.

The folks here like it because they let it happen circa 2020 into 2022. Hands down and no doubt about it. You can memory hole all you want but them are the facts Jack.

Kamala Harris is a liar and required an ACTING COACH and a biased environment to get through this.

I cannot imagine changing my vote because of a debate. Essentially, I would be voting fo form over substance. But then, that's exactly what Harris and the Dems are, election campaign-wise = form (lies and more lies and divisiveness and more lies) over substance.

I did not watch because I knew it would be biased and because Harris turns my stomach. As a woman, I am appalled that Harris is supposed to "represent" me. Oh, hell, no.

The moderators were definitely biased -- which we knew they would be. I believe Harris told a lot of lies -- taking pieces of Trump quotes from years ago out of context!

When Harris talked about a woman's right to choose, I wished Trump would say, what about anyone's choice not to take a vaccine? With known side effects. I wish he would have said, why do people working on your campaign -- even volunteers -- have to take the covid booster??

I was especially appalled when Trump brought up Springfield, Ohio, and Harris just grinned and laughed! Then Dave Muir keeps saying, "The city manager has said that that isn't true (about the dog)." Well, of course, the city manager said it isn't true!! But videos of the city council meeting where residents spoke are still online, and even if the dog and cat stories are rumor, the ducks and geese from the park story is true per the residents of Springfield.

Trump is a lousy debater and an embarrassment in general. Imagine if RFK or Tulsi could have gone up against that moron.

I defend Trump with almost a vengeance, and there is no question that he is the right person for our country, but he didn't do well in this debate.

I watched it for maybe 10 minutes and it was all I could take of this "Dog and Pony Show". When the moderators asked certain questions and the responses weren't to the question, but rather just mud slinging.; I knew this was going nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
