Suburban Chicago High School Students Being "Requested" to Take a Covid Test for Jill Biden's Visit

Some students at a suburban Chicago high school are being asked to take a covid-19 test tomorrow morning, in preparation for a visit by Jill Biden and three federal department officials, including U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona.
An email from a District 214 administrator addressed to “select” Rolling Meadows High Schools students and their parents/guardians says the First Lady & federal officials may go into certain classrooms during their site visit on Monday, November 14th. Students in those classrooms are “requested” to take a rapid antigen test with a negative result.
Any student who does not want to test will be “relocated” to another classroom or the library “for the duration of the event with no academic penalty.”
Per the Illinois State Board of Education, Rolling Meadows High School enrolls just under 2,000 students, 48% of whom are White and 37% Hispanic.
Needless to say, I believe this stipulation for potentially encountering/meeting the First Lady is outrageous and wrong.
Look at what’s happening here: Healthy, not-sick high schoolers (and their parents) are being compelled to make choice between taking an unnecessary medical test and attending their taxpayer-funded class.
No rationale is provided in the screenshot of a portion the email shared with me; however, the implication is that the students must protect Jill Biden & company from covid-19. In other words, the worst, most indefensible, most anti-child ethics of the pandemic response are still with us.
I’m guessing it’s the federal government, not the District 214 Superintendent or Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, making the demand for the First Lady to be surrounded only by students free of SARS-CoV-2 viral fragments.
Has this requirement been in place for students at all schools FLOTUS has been visiting? Why is vaccinated Jill Biden afraid of covid-19? And why does she believe testing teenagers will protect her from it? A visit from the First Lady - no matter who it is — is an exciting prospect for any high schooler. What on earth is the intent of this pressure? Who really benefits from this testing, and how?
Also, why are students and parents being told there’s no penalty for refusing to test? I count three penalties, at least:
Missing a scheduled class (education).
Missing the chance to see/encounter a sitting First Lady of the United States, and
Being burdened/labeled with the status of “other” by not consenting to the government’s unreasonable and irrational demand.
Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of the full email and attachment at this time but will request it from District 214 via FOIA, unless I receive it another way first.
Wake up, Chicagoland. It’s not over yet.1

This is admitting that NONE of their efforts to “control a virus” worked. Now a faulty and ill-advised (thanks, Kary!) testing method will? Keep your kid home. Say NO. H—— no!
Reminds me of CJ Hopkins's essay yesterday. Yeah, the "crisis phase" of the totalitarian rollout is over but if you want to be a member of "the club," you're still gonna have to toe the line. Quothe he:
