The president takes an oath to uphold the constitution. This judges ruling says he didn't. Where is the impeachment?
Are there any legal consequences possible for this?

Few actions reveal authoritarianism (self serving evil) more evidently than censorship/book burning.
It's a hell of a factual record. It's going to be quite a task to get it overturned.
It will continue unabated until heads start to roll into a jail cell with no keys for the locks.
