I'm curious what a graph like this looks like for all the major causes of death (e.g. heart disease, cancer)? My gut tells me it would be quite similar.

Can you do a quick explainer on how to adjust for age please?

(I'll google it as well but if it was straight forward it'd be good to see here)

Someone needs to show this to the Governor of Wa. state!

Jay Inslee could care less about data. But if asked, he would say that low deaths are due to his restrictions which doesn't add up if you look at a graph compared to the timing of his stupid mandates. And even if there was a correlation, is covid the most important health metric? How about mental health where WA state sits near the bottom!

In the meantime half of Washingtonians are losing their minds. I just watched a guy at the Seahawks game take his mask OFF to turn around and yell at the crowd to pump them up. Logic is slipping away.....

I wonder too. People are sleeping sheep,or too "blue" to care that we're being tortured for no good reason

It's interesting, when you line up that CFR by state plot up with BMI... the blue states with high CFR actually have very low BMI. Whereas the red states that have high CFR, have a state average BMI in line with their CFR ranking.
