That was the conclusion of Dr. Jeffrey Flier, former dean of Harvard Medical School, quoted in the New York Times in an article about calming down the outrageous fears that our health overlords have ginned up about kids.

If you look at the chart to which the agency linked, it indicated the rate of hospitalization for that age bracket was declining, and in absolute terms, the numbers were paltry (8/100,000).
