First win for the WAVE of lawsuits against the OSHA rule via LJC
We’ve been documenting in these pages the ridiculous overreach of the government using OSHA as their latest and greatest vehicle to force Americans into their jab policies. As soon as the announcement was made this past week a flood of lawsuits made their way into the dockets and now… first blood is struck!

It appears my good friends at the Liberty Justice Center got their docket for their client (BST Holdings LLC) into court first and the rest of the entities were grouped underneath them.
The court has “stayed” the mandate!
The client owner of BST holdings is Brandon Trosclair!

I'm not optimistic yet, but I can certainly see these unbelievable mandates being *the* line that people can't accept crossing.
Depending on how devastating this defeat is, it could be the final turn in the tide. It certainly seems like the authoritarians feel cornered, which is a good thing.
Remains to be seen. So far all the lawsuits have gone absolutely nowhere. Some courts issued prank "rulings", gotchas for the amusement of lawyers, that applied only to the single plaintiff. Most have simply reinforced or amplified the evil.
