FDA Hiding Data until 2076? Kind of...
That FDA story you heard is wild. The truth is even more ridiculous.
So, you may have seen that a lot of people are up in arms because the FDA plans to keep details on its Pfizer vaccine data private until 2076.
That’s not quite right.
The truth is even more laughable.
Here’s what happened:
A few months ago (presumably), the group Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency filed a FOIA (Freedom of Information Access) request into the FDA around vaccines and data for approving the Pfizer vaccines.
The FDA discovered that there were nearly 400K applicable pages of documents and emails meeting that request.
The FDA came back and tried to negotiate a schedule of producing 500 pages per month to fill the request.
If you do the math the FOIA processing would be completed by the year 2076. As the plaintiffs note in their filing with the court: “
The FDA has proposed to produce 500 pages per month which, based on its calculated number of pages, would mean it would complete its production in nearly 55 years – the year 2076.
They go on to note:
The fact that it has fought tooth and nail and taken such an absurd and unconscionable position of waiting until the year 2076 to complete the production further heightens the grave need to have these documents produced forthwith.
I’m currently suing the White House, Facebook and Twitter and the FOIA is taking forever. These things are a joke and our government is 100% willing to hide behind their legal walls.

How did the FDA manage to review and analyze the Pfizer data within weeks to authorize the EUA for a product that has been injected into 200 million Americans...but they can only produce 500 pages a month?
The news is obviously very, very bad for them. There’s no way I’d be taking their medicine based on this fact alone, never mind the injuries and the ineffectiveness.
I feel sorry for people who got burned with a classic bait and switch. Fauxi and the execrable Walenski were saying just weeks ago that the “vaccines are 100% effective against hospitalization and death” and many gullible souls actually believed that.
Now it’s “boosters or you’re not ‘fully vaccinated’”. In other words it will be a perpetual “pandemic of the unvaccinated” because the goal posts will keep changing. Forever.
What a fraud.
