April 18, 2022, may very go down in history as the day that Covid died or, rather, the outrageous never-ending, life-choking policies met a timely demise on that day. A Federal judge in Florida ruled on a case before her challenging the mask mandates handed down by the CDC. The ruling negated and voided that CDC order which was the basis for mandates across the country. Within hours TSA, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines and numerous other public transportation entities and companies dropped their mask mandate for employees and passengers.
It was a truly powerful moment. Video online showed unmasked flight attendants coming down the aisle encouraging people to throw their masks away. Entire-plane selfies were taken mid-air as numerous pilots decided to end the mandate right there and after it hit the wires.

Twitter and other social media platform burst alive with both rejoicing and some gnashing of the teeth. Jeremy Faust, a prominent online physician with Team Apocalypse lamented:
The odd thing about my being disappointed in @united dropping its mask mandate is how many people who claim to love kids are totally cool with this meaning that a small number of babies will die of Covid, when we're weeks away from a vaccinate for all ages over 6 months.
Always the same schtick – appeal to the general human inclination to not be called a murderer. For some of these folks, the end will never come. For others, it would take some time to adapt. One passenger tweeted out a very natural reaction to the dramatic change in policy: “I’m on a southwest flight back to Sacramento and it was just announced by our pilot mask mandate is over. Flight attendant came through with a garbage bag to collect passengers’ masks. Feels weird!”
It does feel weird. And that’s an awful shame. The in-flight fights, reminders, admonitions, discomfort, nastiness, nervousness, and anxiety around masks it seemed was now behind us. The psychological damage was just being made known.
The mask mandate itself was set to expire within a few weeks but the chances of it being renewed were ever-present on the TV shows. Easter was just the day before the ruling and newly installed White House Covid advisor, Ashish Jha, was making the rounds on the Sunday talk shows. “It’s not over yet.” he declared ad nauseam.
Dr. Fauci in an interview with the now-defunct CNN+ program declared that “the CDC should decide these things, not courts.” It was epic narciccism on display: “[Those who oppose me] are going to take the person that is very much admired for reasons of caring for the public health and…” watch the interview to torture yourself.
There is no end to THEM punishing ‘We The People’ if there is no liability or criminal charge for THEM violating our RIGHTS, Sovereignty, and the US Constitution.
This is fantastic but unfortunately not all life-choking policies have come to an end. The US gov extended its vaccine mandate for non-US citizens entering by land or ferry, which was due to expire yesterday, with no end date. This massively affects many people including my Mexican, Canadian permanent resident husband who has a visa application in process for the States in order to see his children whom he hasn't been able to see for almost 10 years. He was injured by the first Moderna shot and can't take the second. This is a serious request for advice about how to get legal help to fight this idiotic mandate.
