PCR Tests are Bad… very, very bad.
We’ve been saying for almost two years now that the PCR tests are picking up a BUNCH of false positives. The CDC was forced to admit this over Christmas in the face of the massive Omicron surge - conceding that the tests back pick up COVID-19 remnants at 5 days or 75 days! Remember this?
Well, more evidence is out. James Lyon-Weber notes:
JAMA: 38% False Positive Rate in PCR testing for SARS-CoV-2. It was May 2020 when we first started telling the scientific community that PCR testing alone was woefully flawed. This is a big, first validation.
Just imagine all of the terrible costs foisted on unsuspecting citizens! Quarantines, fear, isolation, depression, loss of work, loss of friendships… Here’s the study:
Update on DenominatorGate!
Our good friend Clayton Cobb (@HOLD2LLC) calculated the true difference in COVID-19 rates between the vaccinated and unvaccinated. Those of you who have been following along might recall we dubbed this DenominatorGate.
Remember that ridiculous stat touted by everyone from Ding to the President: "97x more likely to die from Covid" turns out to be maybe 2x.
Data lags and the vaccine wanes. So now in New York City we see:
72% are vaxxed in NYC
72% of cases are vaxxed
68% of hosp. are vaxxed
68% of deaths are vaxxed
Healthcare Policy Disasters of the Past
An entire book could be written about government policies which ended up really hurting Americans. One well-documented set of disasters surrounds diet recommendations from the 1950s on where it was thought a certain type of cholesterol was to blame for the rash of heart disease. The decisions and propoganda around this would spin into the awful no-good very bad food pyramid and beyond.
