The CDC does not give a shit about the law or the courts. I'd bet good money that Wallensky, or some other totalitarian sycophant, will be on CNN in mere moments stating that "the mandate must continue, for the safety of airline travel." ...or some similar B.S. Biden will back them up, if he can find the podium without help.
I'm not excited. This order applies to CDC, not TSA. TSA is enforcing and maintaining the mandate "under CDC guidance". I don't see anything about TSA in the order.
